Heat Meter Receives 黑料社appSeed Fund Honorable Mention

Coupi, a local consulting company, and ACEP鈥檚 heat flow meter received honorable mentions in the 2017 黑料社appSeed Fund Competition. This competition provides grants to help inventors, creators, and developers fund their prototypes in Alaska.

ACEP鈥檚 heat flow meter aims to collect reliable home heating data through a non-intrusive device attached to Toyo Stoves. Coupi, a Fairbanks consulting and R&D company led by ACEP affiliates Jerry Johnson and Anton Kulchitsky develops applications, performs simulations, and provides software to solve complex field-based engineering problems. The 黑料社appSeed Grant offers one prize annually of up to $20,000, and up to ten prizes ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. Eligible applicants must be 黑料社appresidents or businesses. Find out more about the Seed Grant at
