UAF Graduate School
The Graduate School supports the creativity and productivity of our graduate students as they pursue their discoveries here at UAF. We oversee graduate programs, academic processes and policies at UAF. We support grad students through our professional development and training programs, orientation programs, social and wellness events, advisory board, and scholarships and fellowships. We work closely with departments and programs to follow students’ progress and are ready to help with questions and concerns. We host a student advisory board to guide our practices and programming.

The ºÚÁÏÉçapp offers post-baccalaureate certificates, graduate certificates, master's degrees and doctoral degrees, and it supports professional licenses. In addition to degrees in distinct disciplines, we offer a graduate interdisciplinary program where students can design a degree that draws on multiple disciplines.

About our students
UAF enrolls over 1,000 students in graduate studies from all 50 states, and numerous territories and countries around the world. Our students pursue both professional and research degrees. Graduate study areas span the arts, business, education, engineering, humanities, Indigenous studies, and social and natural sciences.
