Whether you’re new to college studies or going back to school to advance your career, UAF is here to help you navigate the financial aid process.

If you’re applying to college for the first time, you may see a lot of mentions of the FAFSA. This is an application that allows students to qualify for a university’s need-based funds to reduce the cost of tuition. The FAFSA opens each fall, a year before the academic year it covers, and remains open until June of that academic year. The school code for UAF is 001063.

UAF's Financial Aid Office is here to ensure you receive the aid you qualify for and maximize your savings at UAF.
